We help children, youth and families experiencing mental health, emotional or behavioural challenges in Waterloo Region. For over 50 years, our accredited Children’s Mental Health Services has been trusted to support children and families who may be struggling. Starling Community Services offers a number of programs and services to assist children, youth and their families coping with mental health challenges. These services include live-in treatment services as well community and school-based interventions.
